Аннотация. Лазерная акупунктура – один из методов лазерной терапии, заменяющий в традиционной методике китайской акупунктуры иглы. При этом низкоинтенсивный лазерный свет является не только очень удобной заменой традиционных игл и достаточно сложной манипуляционной техники их использования, но и более эффективным инструментом. В России метод используется в клинической практике с 1970 года, показано, что наиболее оптимальным для лазерной акупунктуры является использование лазерного света с длиной волны 635 нм (красный спектр), мощностью не более 2-3 мВт на выходе световода или специальной насадки диаметром не более 1-1,5 мм, при этом экспозиция должна составлять строго в диапазоне 20-40 с для корпоральных точек и 5-10 с – для аурикулярных. Воздействие на точки акупунктуры проводится последовательно в соответствии с рецептом, на курс не более 10-12 ежедневных процедур.

LASER ACUPUNCTURE: BASIC PRINCIPLES, METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES AND PARAMETERS OF TECHNIQUES

Abstract. Laser acupuncture is one of low level laser therapy methods, replacing the traditional technique of Chinese needle acupuncture. At the same time, low-intensity laser light is not only a very convenient replacement for traditional needles and for a rather complicated handling technique of their use, but also a more efficient tool. In Russia, the method has been used in clinical practice since 1970; it has been shown that for laser acupuncture the most optimal is the application of laser light with a wavelength of 635 nm (red spectrum) with a power of no more than 2-3 mW at the output of a light guide or a special nozzle with a diameter of not more than 1 -1.5 mm, while the exposure should be strictly in the range of 20-40 s for corporal points and 5-10 s for auricular. The impact on acupuncture points is carried out consistently in accordance with the recipe, with no more than 10-12 daily procedures for a course.
